EnquiryA best-ever release of Savage White in a challenging vintage, this is a beautifully judged cuvee of Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon, fermented in 20% new wood. Using fruit from Stellenbosch, the Overberg and Villiersdorp, it has a top note of stony reduction, pithy lemongrass and pink grapefruit flavours, scented, spicy oak and a palate of remarkable tension and energy.
