The 2021 Chambolle-Musigny Village, racked 4-6 weeks prior to my visit, has a fragrant bouquet, maybe without quite the same pixelation as the Morey-Saint-Denis. The palate is framed by edgy tannins, brambly red fruit, orange zest and a touch of black pepper, vibrant and energetic towards its tense finish. This will offer a lot of pleasure over the next decade
