35% Roussanne, 30% Clairette, 27% Grenache Blanc, 8% Bourboulenc. Aged in stainless steel and old oak. Tasted blind. Fairly neutral beginning, with simple stone fruit and a dash of green apple. Restrained, by Châteauneuf standards, with pretty good acidity and enjoyable savoury notes to finish. A good option for food matching, thanks to the refreshing structure and restrained fruit. (RH)

Brilliant ruby. Smoke-accented aromas of red and dark berries, licorice and candied flowers, along with a hint of garrigue . Gently sweet and broad on the palate, offering jammy black raspberry and cherry flavors that turn spicier with air. Supple tannins frame a nicely persistent finish that echoes the cherry and garrigue notes.
