Tasting Notes

Much more ‘serious’ and appetising nose than the Clos de Vougeot, although the fruit is also extremely ripe. Tannins are much smoother and better integrated though and this could be a very flattering grand cru that should be accessible before many other Clos de Bèzes. Spicy fruit with good acid/sweetness balance and well-judged tannins.
