Good dark red. Aromas of plum, game and roast coffee. Fat, round and sweet; less penetrating than the Corbeaux but more plump in the middle palate. Finishes with very good length, but some CO2 temporarily dries the fruit on the end. I’d wait at least two or three years on this premier cru.
